At Biodermis, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
